Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-04-26 · cz-agents.dev

By using the cz-agents MCP servers (the service), whether via the npm packages, the hosted endpoints at *.cz-agents.dev, or the Anthropic Connectors Directory, you agree to these terms. The service is operated by Martin Havel (IČO 02175614, registered in the Czech Republic).

What the service is

An open-source Model Context Protocol (MCP) toolset for Czech business and government data. It looks up information from public registries (ARES, ČNB, ISIR, EU sanctions, OFAC) and aggregates it into structured responses for AI agents and developers.

What the service is not

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service for:

Free vs paid tiers

The service offers a free tier subject to per-IP daily limits, and paid tiers with monthly quotas. Pricing and limits are listed on cz-agents.dev. Paid subscriptions are billed via Stripe; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. There are no refunds for partial months unless required by Czech consumer law (zákon č. 89/2012 Sb., občanský zákoník).

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". We make no warranty that responses are accurate, complete, current, or fit for any particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by Czech law, total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for consequential, indirect, or special damages.

This limitation does not affect statutory rights of consumers under Czech law that cannot be waived.

Termination

We may suspend access for breach of these terms (especially the Acceptable Use section) or for non-payment of a paid tier. You may terminate at any time by ceasing use and, for paid tiers, cancelling via Stripe.

Changes to these terms

Material changes will be announced on the project's GitHub repository (github.com/martinhavel/cz-agents-mcp) at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.

Governing law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by Czech law. Disputes that cannot be resolved by agreement are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Czech Republic. Consumers retain their rights under EU consumer-protection rules.
