The insolvency MCP server queries the Czech ISIR insolvency register (Justice public web service) by IČO, detecting active proceedings, debtor/creditor disputes and parallel executions — a core red-flag source for due diligence and credit risk.

Its auctions feed covers scheduled and confirmed sale events and powers the real-estate distress vertical at reality.cz-agents.dev. Hosted at isir.cz-agents.dev/mcp or run locally. Free tier, open source.
