The Czech VAT MCP server checks unreliable-VAT-payer status (nespolehlivý plátce DPH) via the official MFČR ADIS SOAP service, returning reliability status (ANO/NE/NENALEZEN), subject type, name, address and the § 96a transparent bank accounts — the check that protects you from joint VAT liability.

Bulk-check up to 100 subjects per request, so an accounting or AP agent can screen a whole vendor list. Free tier, open source.

What is an unreliable VAT payer check?

A lookup against the Czech MFČR ADIS register that tells you whether a VAT payer is flagged unreliable and which bank accounts are published — paying to an unpublished account can trigger joint VAT liability.
